Is it possible to bargain about price?
Price is fix. But you can book a plot at discount offer, if management provide that.
Mode of Payment?
For Ready plot price offer One time & under develop plot we offer one time & also Installment.
Is it possible to pay instalment from Abroad?
Yes. You can pay your instalment from abroad through bank to bank. Bank information, Account number & procedure of payment information is in web page.
If any allottee want to Refund his/her deposited amount then how much time to take deposited amount?
No deduction from deposited amount, if any allottee wants to refund his payment. In this case company will refund his/her deposited amount as soon as possible after Management approval.
Is it possible to transfer his/her deposited amount from one project to another project?
Allottee has every right to transfer his/her deposited amount from one project to another project of EWPD after management approval.
What is the procedure to get a final handed over to acquire land?
After full payment we will register plot by saff kabala dalil. Then company take necessary steps to physically handed over the land by final handed over letter.
